James Carr architecture + design, LLC, provides the City of Watertown with full architectural House Doctor services. These services cover a wide range of both large and small projects. Current projects at the Watertown Middle School include the renovation of the main administrative offices and the addition of a security vestibule. Current projects at Watertown’s historic City Hall include a Master Plan and Code Analysis, and the phased renovation of five individual department offices.
