An existing porch has been converted into a multi-functional sunlit living room that flows seamlessly into the patio and garden with the help of large windows and an 8-foot folding door.

New skylights in the connecting corridor highlight custom storage, and continue the connection to the garden.
“James listened to our desires/needs for our home renovation, and was able to create a design which exceeded all of our expectations. The screen porch space he designed is wonderful–I often find myself eating breakfast and lunch out there. I’m always looking for an excuse to spend time there.”
Other features include a wood-clad garden shed and a 3-season morning porch with eastern exposure, and an updated entryway, with large windows to bring the outside in.
